Who is the CATO Touring Academy for?
Whether you're a seasoned agent or new to the travel sector, the CATO Touring Academy is for you. This comprehensive curriculum covers everything from sector specific knowledge and CATO Member brand training through to advanced selling techniques, all culminating in a certification that showcases your commitment to excellence in the travel industry. No matter where you are at in your career, we’re sure you will learn something new!
Is this a once off fee or an annual subscription?
Access to the CATO Touring Academy is via an annual subscription where each year there will be new and improved content for you to consume and continue to enhance your knowledge as a Certified Touring Specialist. The touring sector is constantly evolving with new niche's and specialities which are covered in our elective modules to help expand your knowledge in these areas. Staying on top of this evolving sector, will ensure you are equipped with the latest knowledge and expertise to best assist your clients.
I’ve been in the Travel industry for a while and I know what Touring is, why should I do this?
Touring is not what is used to be, and the CATO Touring Academy will help to break down barriers and open new opportunities as you master modern day touring. Touring is certainly not what it used to be and there are so many new styles of touring to be learned. Becoming part a Certified Agent will ensure you are at the top of the pack when it comes to specialist knowledge in touring product, styles and specialities.
