For the past three years, the CATO community has come together to celebrate International Women’s Day, recognising the incredible women across our sector and creating an opportunity to connect, share stories and celebrate achievements.

In 2027, we’re building on that tradition and opening the doors even wider. With Force for Good taking a pause, CATO’s International Women’s Day Lunch will bring together the broader travel industry, from touring and wholesale to air, cruise, land and beyond, for one big industry celebration.
